"I have been with State Farm- Fabby Obispo’s insurance since 2020. I was referred by my coworker at the time, who just went through an accident. She expressed how amazing they were and how easy it was to report an accident, rental car etc. 1 year later I unfortunately got into an accident. The process was easy, received my rental car easily, they handled it all for me. Yesenia even called to check in on me. Since I have been with them for over 4 years Edith, Yesenia and all the lovely ladies in the office send us holiday cards and checking in on us. To be frankly honest yearly we shop around to ensure we are not over paying for insurance. We always come back to State-Farm, the experience that the ladies have is beyond amazing within the field. We pay at a fair price and I know I am in good hands with them. Thank you Edith, Yesenia and the rest of the ladies in the office for always making us feel welcomed and like family. "Working with Yoana Bermudez was such an awesome experience. Quick, precise answers for all of my insurance questions. A very cute new customer welcoming package. I still have my coffee cup. Never felt sales pressure, then again it is easy to get lost in her smile, but I am very happy with my purchases. I can call her anytime and she always finds time to take care of her customers. And since I have commercial insurance and often need certificates of insurance for my customers I usually receive everything within 24 hours of my request. I cannot say enough good things about this office and it's girls, especially Yoana, but I don't have time to write a book. Rest assured, your time here will be well spent."
