"If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I’ve had the worst experience with these ladies. First, when I signed up with them I did not sign to have medical insurance and somehow I received paperwork in the mail that I had e-signed when I never did. I didn’t even know they had that and when I showed up to there facility I spoke to a lady with very short black hair and she just told me that was strange and removed it from my policy and went to the back to get me a copy of the removal because if they freely did that without my consent I wanted to have proof that it was removed. When I asked for my paper work back she had said she had gotten rib of it because she didn’t think I would need it again since it was removed. At that point I was over it so I left. Then when my sister signed up Yesenia had told us about the student discount so I had emailed her our grades and called and she had said she received them and would add them and it wasn’t done. A month later my sister calls Yesenia again and she apologized and asks to be sent them again and again wasn’t added. Then my sister went in person with her again and gave her a paper copy and again wasn’t added so we gave up. I ended my policy with them because I had received a letter that my policy amount was going to increase $1,000 more and when I called Edith had told me it was because of new California laws but my brother and sister never received that letter or their policy never went up so that’s when I decided to end my policy with them and told Edith I could not afford that increase so I could no longer be insured by them and she told me she understood and told me the last day I would be covered by them. That was at the beginning of the year and now they are trying to charge my brother $400 because he didn’t remove me from the policy, but I personally spoke to Edith on the phone to have me fully removed."
